This vinegar has been aged much more than 25 years in cherry wood barrels, which give it the distinctive fragrance and perfume of wild cherry trees in the mountains. These reserves are the result of a research for an outstanding fine taste, which could be obtained just with experience and passion.
It is particularly suitable for seasoned or fresh cheeses, desserts, vanilla ice cream, on panna cotta, on strawberries or straight up – purely as a digestive. Smooth, sweet, with a hint of cherry.
